INFOTECH - May 2007

In this months magazine we have two articles both very different in almost every respect apart from the fact that they both relate to ScreenReading.

To begin with we have part one of a comparison of Microsoft Office 2007 using jaws, window-eyes and system access. In this part, running time approximately two hours, we take a comprehensive look at how each of the three screen readers perform within word and outlook. We also take this opportunity of demonstrating some of the new concepts in these applications, such as the ribbon bar.
Part two of this article is to follow in next months magazine and will contain a look at the rest of Office including excel and power point.

Then we move away from Windows completely and take a tour of the apple macintosh computer, in an article produced by one of our subscribers William Lomas.

Finally in our Closing Comments we look forward to the June magazine and give you some exciting news relating to the way we intend to cover the forthcoming Sight Village exhibition.
