Delivery
Your order will be processed on receipt to maintain an efficient service. Your order should be delivered within five working days, however this is not guaranteed due to any matters that may be beyond our reasonable control. We will however make every effort to deliver within this period. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of the expected delivery date then you may cancel the contract. We will then refund any monies paid by you.
Prices & Payment
The price of the products will be that which is available from our website at the time of purchase. You are responsible for the VAT element at the prevailing rate unless you are exempt from this, for example due to disability. We accept all major credit & debit cards.
Additionally we are happy to discuss with companies or organisations the provision of an account facility.
Technical Support
Any of our customers who have purchased Products and Services from us are very welcome to make use of our Support facility. The facility can be used to resolve any technical problems experienced, or to answer questions and queries about the use of products supplied.
This will be provided on a "Best Endeavours" basis with problems being resolved as efficiently as we can. Please note, this is not a Telephone Training Service, and we reserve the right in extreme situations to withdraw support!
Our Telephone Technical Support service is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Force Majeure
The seller will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the seller is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the seller's control. These events include acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or any acts by third party companies or individuals not either under contract to or employed by the seller
