The Index Everest D is the most used Braille Embosser of its kind all over the world where users prefer to print Braille onto cut sheets of paper.
The Index Everest D is a double and single sided fast Braille Embosser which produces high quality Braille in rapid time. The Braille printout is ready to use straight away, unlike with the traditional Braille embossers where the paper has to be separated and the tractor slips removed.
The sheet feeder is very stable with a fault frequency below 5/1000 sheets when correctly installed with suitable paper, it can be loaded with seventy sheets of normal card stock type and it can easily be adapted to the paper size used. The advantage of the large paper magazine is that Everest can emboss for more than half an hour before refilling is required, making the Everest ideal for mass production of Braille.
Everest is controlled by an ink and Braille labeled front panel. Offering speech feedback and high quality Braille output, the Index Everest D is easy to install and ideal for use by both blind and sighted users alike.
